the states with an appeal to recognise its government. Simultaneously the request is directed to Security council MKKR to
enter armies MKKR on territory of a province of Mahatan for separation of the governmental and separative parts. The

recognise the government of separatists headed by colonel Sageshem. The group of the small countries brings the offer on
carrying out in a province of Mahatan of plebiscite under the aegis of MKKR for the purpose of definition of its state
accessory.
The president of republic Assiab P.Shion has declared that, under the data available for it, the population of a province of
Mahatan does not support rebels. The lawful government strongly supervises the basic territory of the country. Republic
political parties have condemned actions of separatists. In the morning on third of September the governmental armies,
having concentrated in a valley of the river of Apsha, have struck blow to rebels and have grasped base on opposite coast.
